1. Refund Policy for Bulk SMS/Voice Messages
- When you buy our services, before buying services, you need to read & understand the packages features. and test our service well. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will check and try to convert your package(service) higher with one. We develop and sell software that we use ourselves every day and have thousands of satisfied customers worldwide, and our support is second to none. Cash Refunds are compulsory, we check how much customer used the services, in case in the bulk sms/voice calls, we calculate the count and we add our service amount and then we plan refund, it will take 21 working days
- If client paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 7 working days.
- Refund will be considered only valid reason. However, the refund request will not be entertained if the reason is not valid.
- No Refunds for Special Offers that are made only for you .
- Lifetimesms reserves the right to modify any provisions of the cancellation or refund policy without any notice.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Lifetimesms's Team believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 Days of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
- Cancellations will be considered only valid reason. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the reason is not valid.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Lifetimesms marketing team has obtained on special occasions like EID, 14-Augest, RAMZAN, FRIDY, etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
